The Film Production Tax Credit is a 30% refund on qualified costs incurred in New York State for eligible productions. There are no caps on potential benefits from this offer. Simply put, the main criteria is that 75% of your production costs prior to post production must be incurred in NY State. The benefit is available through 2019.
